Learn the Pen Tool – A Video Tutorial

The Pen tool is in my opinion the most important tool you can learn in Photoshop. It’s also one of the most feared and avoided tools. It is truly not that difficult of a tool to use, but can be daunting to learn at first. In reality, an hour of practice gets you 70% of the way there. I have tried to write a tutorial a few times, but frankly its a very tough thing to describe. However in my quest to write a good tutorial, I ran across this video, which does a great job. Follow this a few times and you will be well on your way to getting the pen tool mastered, which will open up many other avenues to explore in everyone’s favorite imaging program.
